Saturdays, ah-Saturdays! Always something going on, but always something different. The next couple of weeks are filled with holiday and religious traditions. The very following Saturday, April 2, from 6:00 – 7:30 p.m. it is the men’s turn for their own General Conference session and women go out for what has been known to be called as “Women’s Night Out”, sometimes with friends, and sometimes with their children. This is a great opportunity to get out of the house, because you’ve been there in probably the same room with your whole family for at least 4 hours, and go to BJ Buckets (55 W. Center., Ste 103….behind Great Harvest), because it is upbeat, happy, bright, has great music, bathrooms close for the littles, and simply adorable!
Later that evening, around 7:40, it is the men’s turn to go out with their sons and friends for some guy time after General Priesthood Session. They just finished their 6th hour of enlightenment, and are ready for some uplifting conversation and getting to know some of their neighbors better. BJ Buckets (55 W. Center, Ste 103 ….behind Great Harvest) is a fantastic choice. No matter what is ordered, you are sure to always have great prices and superb taste. You could pull together with another dad or two and split a large pepperoni or hawaiian pizza (6 slices for $11.99)) from Firehouse PIzza, made fresh at BJ Buckets. If you know this is an option you’d like, you can call your order ahead (435-535-3076) or you can order when you arrive. Two special creations I suggest for dads and sons are the BJ’s Brownie Bombshell (Great Harvest Brownie topped with 4 scoops of your flavor choice of ice cream and a topping) and the Date Bucket (Great Harvest Brownie and six scoops each of two flavors)! I believe you will leave plenty satisfied, having ended your special evening at BJ Buckets (55 W. Center., Ste 103….behind Great Harvest).
Friday, April 1st, is April Fool’s Day. To celebrate, BJ Buckets (55 W. Center, Ste 103….behind Great Harvest) will be selling their Clown Sundae (usually called Birthday Bucket, and regularly $2.80 each or free to the birthday kid when their family orders at least $5), for only $1! This is no joke!
